Finally! It took me so long to find a prenatal vitamin w/ DHA that I could stomach. The vitamin goes down smoothly and irritation-free, for the most part. In particular, the lemon flavor was so surprising as other flavored vitamins I have tried could barely cover the fish oil taste. I have Hyperemesis Gravidarum, so trying to find a DHA containing prenatal that wasn’t a gummy felt like torture. Overall, this pill has been a game-changer and I am very happy with it. To be completely honest, with my HG sometimes the pill was hard to swallow in comparison to the gummies. However, other brands I have tried were too large to even swallow, this was easy in comparison.

I value aesthetics and when coming across this brand I had to try it especially after comparing it to other options and I’m glad I did, its so elegant and unique and to me that couples in value within the entire sensory experience while caring for my health. I personally bought this version which is a prenatal vitamin yet I am using it as my daily essential multivitamin despite not being pregnant – I am sharing this as it is part of the critique and I hope that the seller will consider this as well: 1) the essential every day option is flavored with mint and mint makes me nauseous so I chose this citrus-flavored one 2) when comparing the essential option with this one, this one has more beneficial ingredients and at high percentages so on a cost analysis level, this seems more effective and fiscally efficient. I share this to suggest that the seller either make a non-mint flavored essential option and to also consider increasing their percentages to make an essential vitamin option for non-pregnant women, otherwise I will be buying this prenatal version. This is not health advice and please do your own research but to me, out of both the seller’s options, this one seemed better to go with. My photos gives a size comparison and also more details/an example of what the pills look like – beautiful little golden tubes slightly scented citrus, how lovely! The scent is subtle and fades quickly and I also think its wise to realize and make sure you take the full serving daily – 2 capsules, not one a day. For that reason, it might not be the most lucrative and I wish the seller could make this into a once daily serving because to me, why the need to have 2 pills instead of making it into one? Also, while this is a slight annoyance rather than a critical review that should sway your opinion on the product’s quality, as I care about presentation, I was shocked they slapped the barcode sticker there and how difficult it was to remove – I had to use soap and scrub off. I’m glad I took the time as now the bottle is pretty…for how much this costs and how they seem to focus on beauty, I’m surprised they didn’t think of placement and to make removing the stickers easier for their customers. To me this matters as I wanted to buy this as its one of the prettiest bottles I’ve seen and I plan to reuse the same bottle for storing future purchases, on top of the supposed/claimed health benefits. I just received and started using so it’ll be too early to review for the true absorbency or effectiveness but they were easy to swallow and an overall pleasant experience and well-rounded for women’s health, whether you’re pregnant or like me, using it because I don’t like mint and I looked and this version has more percentages of the same things as their regular essential daily multivitamin option. Perhaps this will be helpful for others making a decision or the seller. Either way I am pleased and satisfied and hope for better health for us all – and congratulations and best wishes to all those pregnant and welcoming children into their lives!

The product itself is very nice and has a refreshing citrus smell. My wife opted for these for her prenatals but unfortunately had to stop and switch to something else as the citrus and her severe acid reflux with baby number two was not the move. Excellent product but if your pregnancy has you eating tums like candy for heart burn be mindful of the oil and citrus.

I have been using this product for about a month now and can say I enjoy it. I bought these as an alternative to garden of life prenatal as they have become more pricy Since
My last pregnancy. So far I have no issues with them and love the citrus smell. The ingredients are good as well as the overall affects on my growing baby and I. I will continue to order these throughout the rest of my pregnancy

As an expecting mother, I understand the importance of taking care of both myself and my growing baby. That’s why I decided to try these prenatal vitamins, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. These vitamins provide comprehensive support for both me and my baby’s health throughout pregnancy. I’ve noticed a significant increase in my energy levels since starting these vitamins, which has been essential for keeping up with the demands of pregnancy. Additionally, the blend of nutrients in these vitamins is impressive, including essential vitamins and minerals like folic acid, iron, and calcium, crucial for fetal development. What sets these vitamins apart is their gentle formula, which has been easy on my stomach, even during the early stages of pregnancy when nausea can be a concern. Overall, I highly recommend these prenatal vitamins to any expecting mother looking for comprehensive support and peace of mind during this important time.

These prenatal vitamins have high quality ingredients, specifically the B12 and Folic acid. Most OTC prenatals utilize cyancaobalamin and folic acid , which are lower quality. These supplements are easy on the stomach. There is a bit of a weird smell/taste to the vegetable capsule. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

I like this product and I highly recommend just buying the prenatal one because of the fact that the prenatal one has way much better stuff in it. The only problem I have with it is the aftertaste there is omega-3 in here so you get that omega-3 aftertaste, which is the worst Also, depending on when you take it as well because I also take pre-workout in the morning and when I take this vitamin and my pre-workout at the same time, it does give me the burps, so I’ll get the burps and the really bad omega-3 aftertaste. So highly recommend if you are a woman that takes pre-workout take your pre-workout first do your workout and then come back and take this vitamin. Also, this vitamin has a really great lemon spout to it which is awesome but I love this product just went and bought my second bottle and I just went and bought their melatonin so I will be now trying the melatonin, highly recommend, and women just buy the prenatal vitamin Has better stuff in it for you

I was worried reading the reviews, but I will tell you I am so happy with this purchase!! I am only buying these from now on. I have tried other prenatals and all of them have tasted like dirt or fish or just plain bad. These ones have a nice citrus/lemon after taste, but not a medicine citrus taste, a pleasant mild one. And they go down so easy. I can take them with no water.
I have GERD and reflux problems baseline so I was so worried about the fish burps in the other reviews. I choose to take these at night about 30 min – 1 hour before bed and I do not have a problem. I am almost done with the bottle. Not once have I had burps or fish anything. Even when I have had reflux or burps because of eating something acidic or whatever it might be, no problems with this vitamin!

The only reason 4 and not 5 stars from me is because of the fact that after taking them I burp throughout the day and it tastes like seafood. So gross. BUT, this is one of the only prenatals I can take when I feel super nauseous. With my previous pregnancies I ended up skipping like 3 months of taking my vitamins because I couldn’t stand the medicine -like smell of them…but these smell like lemon which I can handle when I’m nauseous.
Definitely would recommend (and will totally advertise with videos if Amazon would hire me to do so for $)

I’m so conflicted because it is almost impossible to find good prenatal without garbage ingredients. These ingredients are top-notch and sourced well. HOWEVER … the taste is just awful! I accidentally bought the postnatals and they were mint flavored… OMG! I wanted to puke when I took them. Also, the flavor stayed in my throat. They made me burp a lot and the flavor came up in my throat. I was really hoping these wouldn’t be the same, but alas they are. They aren’t as repulsive and the taste doesn’t linger as much (no burps either), but still I wish they would make an unflavored version so we can choose. I will have to keep taking them for the sake of my baby, but it is quite unpleasant.
