Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you ample time to request a return if needed.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at sales@conradmarket.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon delivery and notify us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, and hazardous materials. Additionally, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
For exchanges, the quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.
Customers located in the European Union benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason without justification. The same conditions apply regarding the item’s condition and proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
