   i’ve made these before, maybe it’s been so long that it gave me trouble this time, but stuck to near everything! i hate essentially burning plastic for obvious reasons but it stuck to the spoon, pot i boiled it in, the paper towel. but i got it on my second round. fit is really nice and i used the small sizes. i got some fillings the day after where i got a fractured tooth fixed, i had taken the mold with the fractured tooth and amazingly enough it still fit perfectly. great option for the price considering you get two of each size and a box to carry it in. cleans great with denture cleaner dissolvable tablets (little hack for affordable and nice clean).

   Me and my sister always had this teeth grinding problem. This product is simple, non-expensive and very simple to use. The instructions are very clear and straightforward. Once you fit it, is’t just like magic. Fits comfortably and helps a lot in solving teeth grinding issues (headaches, tooth and gum aching).

   Just don’t follow the instructions! 15 seconds is way to long place in hot water for 8 second using a plastic wide spoon to avoid the protector shrinks and immediately place in your mouth to avoid item bend!

   First time ever using a mouth guard. I believe I grind my teeth at night and thought it was time to protect them before any damage occurs. I followed the directions and probably took it out of the water too soon because it didn’t mold well. Put it back in for 15 seconds and it molded perfect. Slept well with it – no issues. Definitely will get this brand again when it wears out.

   Really good product. I bought this after trying another brand that was impossible to mold. This one was simple and came out perfect. Actual product I give 5 stars. My one complaint, and the reason I put 4 stars, is they package 2 sizes. 4 pack with 2 sizes, or 8 pack with 2 sizes….so half the box I can’t use. Please consider selling these in adult and kid sizes separately.

   Dentists (unconvincingly) argue that the pricey custom guards molded or scanned from your teeth are vastly superior and more protective, but seems to me the point is to keep teeth from grinding against each other, and as long as you replace them as they wear through, these do exactly that.

   One thing they do not make clear, is that this is (4) smaller and (4) larger guards, which makes for better fit but also means you probably can only use only half of them unless you have a convenient his/hers option.

   Not wanting to pay almost $800 to replace my NTI this product was recommended. I have never used a mouthguard in sports so the molding process was a new experience with foreign instructions (use chopstick??) I have a small mouth, so I tried the child size first. The process was pretty simple, but I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to bite the softened guard, or just push it to the top of my mouth with my tongue. I bit down forming grooves on both sides.

   I then tried the adult sized guard to see if that was better for me. I’m guessing this size was too big for my mouth because as I tried to mold it, the right side caved in and became a “big globby mess” (see attached photo.) I am still not sure if it was too big initially because the resulting product is too bulky-awkward to try on again. I’ll likely play with the remaining two guards to see what works best. So glad there were two of each size in this package!

   I used the child sized guard that night. It worked fine but because it was new to my mouth I kept investigating it while trying to get to sleep. I really wished I had left the bottom smooth without biting during the molding. Biting created too many grooves to probe. I had no problems after I fell asleep however, so I guess it’s good go! One night in and this product is definitely worth the cost of trying.

   Been using one of these for over a month now. It was easy to size and fairly comfortable but does take a little time to get used to. I’ll probably replace it after 3 months so its very cost effective too and no more teeth grinding.

   Been making “custom fit” mouth guards for decades. As an adult, I used to buy “ youth” size guards from WMart, but that option is no longer available since COVID. In this case, the large is “huge” and the small becomes “too” small once heated in water. So, used the large and after cutting and molding for the necessary time needed, got it to work. I don’t mind the time needed to get a good fit, but it would be great if it thinner.

    It was extremely easy to fit these to my teeth. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, and I was able to get them fitted within 5 minutes! Very comfortable, not bulky at all, and helps keep me from grinding my teeth at night!
